East Potomac Park features paths for walking, jogging and bicycling, plus an 18- and 9-hole golf course and tennis center.
Public education in Washington, DC, is provided by District of Columbia Public Schools. The school district runs more than 170 campuses, serving 62,000 students. Campuses located within Cluster 9 include Amidon Elementary School, Bowen Elementary School and Jefferson Junior High. These three schools have a combined enrollment of about 1,400.
